Every number on this page is the number you pay. No “from” pricing that doubles after the brief, no hourly overruns, no charge for the third round of changes.

Terms, plainly
How paying for this actually works.
50% to start, 50% to launch
Half the fixed price books your slot, the balance is due when you approve the site and before it goes live on your domain.
Two rounds of changes included
Two full rounds of revisions on the draft, at no extra cost. Beyond that we quote before doing anything.
Running costs are yours, and small
A .co.za domain runs roughly R150–R250 a year and hosting from about R80 a month, billed to you directly by the providers — not marked up through us.
Care plans are optional
R249, R499 or R999 a month if you want maintenance handled. Cancel any month; the site keeps working either way.
Why it costs less
Cheaper is not thinner. It is less overhead.
A R40,000 agency quote is mostly coordination: the account manager, the project meeting, the design review, the ticket queue. None of that makes your site better at getting a Stellenbosch customer to phone you.
We keep the design judgement and the technical standards, use AI for the drafting and iteration that used to take days, and skip the layers. That difference is the price difference — nothing has been removed from the finished website.

Questions we get about money
Is the price really fixed?
Yes, for the scope we agree in writing before starting. If you later want a booking system added to a Starter site, that is a new quote — not a surprise on the invoice.
What happens if I want to leave?
You take everything. The domain is already registered in your name and the hosting account is yours, so there is nothing for us to hand over and no fee to charge you for doing it.
Do you take payments in instalments?
The standard split is 50/50. For the larger builds we can split the balance over two months — ask on the call and we will put it in the quote.
Can I start small and grow later?
That is often the smart move. A Starter site can be extended into a Small Business site later, and you only pay the difference between the two, not both prices.
